Trainee mangers needed
Applications are invited from individuals who are genuinely interested in developing their career within the organisation and potential candidates should have at least two to three years practical knowledge and experience of fish farming. Initiative, the ability to manage and motivate personnel, good planning, organisation & computer skills and a proven ability to achieve results without close supervision are some of the necessary skills required for this post.
The successful candidates will be expected to attend the necessary training courses to gain sufficient knowledge on feed & stock management, harvest & grading planning, asset management, performance and HSEQ management.
