Fredriksen increase ownership in Marine Harvest

Geveran Trading Co Ltd, controlled by trusts established by John Fredriksen, announces today that it has purchased a further 5.000.000 Marine Harvest common shares at a price of NOK 5.7967 per share.

Geveran Trading's affiliated ownership in Marine Harvest ASA is following this transaction 1.157.031.634 shares, constituting 30.87 percent of the issued share capital. In addition Geveran Trading hold TRS agreements with a net exposure to 70 million shares in Marine Harvest ASA.
