Mask mandate lifted ahead of Seafood Expo Global

Visitors to the world’s biggest seafood trade show, Seafood Expo Global, which takes place in Barcelona next week, will no longer be required to wear masks at the event.

Organiser Diversified Communications today sent an update to inform attendees that Spanish authorities have removed a mandate to wear masks indoors, except for public transportation and healthcare settings.

Proof of full vaccination against Covid-19 or a negative Covid-19 test is not required to attend the event.

Insurance

An onsite Covid testing service location in the registration area will be available for anyone needing to be tested to travel back home.

Diversified has also secured inclusive medical insurance for non-Spanish attendees in the event of them testing positive for the virus during the event. Cover includes medical and hospitalisation expenses, medical transport to your country of origin and hotel stays for insured individuals.
