The role offers a salary of £20,781 per annum  (plus night shift premium) and the successful candidate will working with a team of technicians who are responsible for ensuring the harvesting of up to 220 tonnes of fish per night into tankers or harvest bins and ensuring their timely despatch to the Blar Mhor Processing Plant, Fort William. In normal circumstances the harvesting will be undertaken between 12am and 10am. 

The successful candidate will be required to work on a rotational basis and their working week will be based on a notional average of 40 hours.

Applicants must be willing to be fully flexible to meet the demands of the job. Previous experience would be an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be given.
