Fredriksen extends TRS agreement

The new expiration of the TRS agreements is February 24th 2012. The exercise price on the agreements is NOK 3,0974 per share. Geveran Trading's affiliated ownership in Marine Harvest ASA is following this transaction unchanged 834,632,775 shares,constituting 23.306 percent of the issued share capital.

In addition Geveran Trading hold TRS agreements with a net exposure to 70 million shares in Marine Harvest ASA.
