Fredriksen buys more Marine Harvest

Geveran Trading Co Ltd, controlled by John Fredriksen, has also extended TRS agreements relating to 70 million Shares in Marine Harvest ASA. The new expiration of the TRS agreements is October 18th 2013. The exercise price on the agreements is NOK 6,2447 per share.

Geveran Trading's affiliated ownership in Marine Harvest ASA is following this transactions 1.082.343.614 shares, constituting 28.88 percent of the issued share capital. In addition Geveran Trading hold TRS agreements with a net exposure to 70 million shares in Marine Harvest ASA.
