Fredriksen selling Marine Harvest

Geveran Trading Co. Ltd. a company indirectly controlled by trusts established by John Fredriksen for the benefit of his immediate family, has, on the 22 November 2010, sold 250,000,000  shares in Marine Harvest ASA at a price of NOK 6.05 per share.

Geveran's ownership interest in Marine Harvest ASA is, following this transaction, 829,632,775 shares, constituting 23.21 per cent of Marine Harvest ASA's issued share capital. In addition, Geveran holds TRS agreements with a net exposure to 70 million shares in Marine Harvest ASA.
