Cordon bleu chef and director of Tsuru Kensuke Yamada opened his food bar in London's South Bank area this week.
Kensuke said he was impressed by the quality of the fish No Catch offers: "No Catch cod is the freshest cod I've seen in England and has a delicious, subtle, creamy taste that is perfect for sushi and sashimi.
"This organically farmed cod will take the seafood scene by storm and I'm proud to be the only sushi restaurant in London to offer this cod sashimi to our customers," he added.
No Catch managing director Karol Rzepkowski said he was pleased that they were breaking into the sushi market: “We always love exploring new and untraditional ways to use and promote NO CATCH, so we’re delighted to be hitting the sushi market and allowing Tsuru to offer its customers a world first experience with our cod!”
