Slight harvest decrease for AquaChile
AquaChile expects to harvest 48,062 tonnes of Atlantic salmon as of September this year, representing a 13 per cent increase compared to the 42,464 tonnes recorded in the same period of 2014.
Meanwhile the company expects to harvest 15,650 tonnes of trout in the first nine months of 2015 - which represents a 44 per cent decrease compared to the 21,554 tonnes harvested in the same months of 2014 - while they expect to harvest 7,504 tonnes of coho salmon as of September, compared to 11,122 tonnes in the same period of 2014, representing a 33 per cent decrease.
