Former Alaska marketing executive joins Seafood People

Seafood People, which specialises on executive recruitment, strategy, analysis, project management, marketing, communication, and design for the seafood industry, has added to its bank of executive advisors.

Alexa Tonkovich is a former executive director of the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI), a public-private marketing partnership between the State of Alaska and the Alaska seafood industry.

“As we continue to grow our global executive advisors’ network (GEAN), we are excited to add Alexa to our North American roster,” said Thomas Bakke, managing director of Norway-headquartered Seafood People.

“She has an exceptional track record in execution with deep experience in navigating private and public partnerships. Alexa’s skill set will be a valuable resource to our clients.”

Global reach

The GEAN is comprised of senior seafood executives with subject matter expertise who partner with Seafood People to execute global projects and client initiatives.
