Aquaculture supplier pledges 'sector-leading' service and support
Gael Force chooses Craig Graham to lead delivery of ‘major strategic commitment’
Inverness-based aquaculture supplier Gael Force Group has announced that it is increasing its investment in customer service and support with the appointment of Craig Graham as customer service director.
The company said Graham, who is already a director of the company, brings more than a decade of experience in customer-relationship building at Gael Force. He has most recently been leading the development of the marine technology area of the business that is based at Forres.
Gael Force said in his new role Graham will lead the delivery of a major strategic commitment to establish a sector-leading standard of service and support for aquaculture customers.
“One of the cornerstones of our strategy is to establish a service and support package along with extended warranties that are unmatched in the sector. I am looking forward to leading that project forward, with the great team we already have and are building upon,” said Graham.
"We have always taken pride in offering what we hope is considered a high level of customer service and fast response times. The challenge to ourselves is to elevate that level even further and demonstrate to our customers how Gael Force can differentiate ourselves through the delivery of higher levels of service and support which can add value and lower costs in our customers’ operations.”
Group sales director Jamie Young said the company sees much higher levels of service and support as an area that its customers would benefit from.
“As such, we have committed at a strategic level to invest in developing sector leading standards of service and support.
“Craig’s appointment, with his knowledge and understanding of customers’ needs, reinforces this commitment. I and the other directors are delighted to support Craig and relish the challenge of delivering sector leading service and support for our customers.”
