Recruitment agency clinches two-year deal for huge Mowi processing plant
Salmon farmer Mowi Scotland has awarded Inverness-based recruiter Be Personnel a two-year sole supply contract for its Mowi Consumer Products UK facility in Rosyth, Fife.
Be Personnel will exclusively supply ‘temporary-to-contract’ workers to the secondary processing facility which employs approximately 1,000 people during peak production periods. It is Be Personnel’s largest contract to date.
The company has worked with Mowi for seven years and the two-year contract extension entails it delivering its services from an on-site office at Rosyth, employing a full-time team of three. It will recruit on an exclusive basis for temporary roles across the production, hygiene, and warehouse departments, as well as supporting Mowi with recruiting for permanent roles.
Have built a partnership
Be Personnel operations director Ethan Bews said: “For seven years, the team have worked exceptionally hard to build a partnership grounded in trust, performance, and reliability so to now be recognised as the sole supplier is a major milestone for us.
“This is an important contract to win and a strong reflection of our growing presence in the market for Be Personnel as food processing recruitment specialists. Securing this agreement in the face of fierce competition from much larger agencies makes the achievement even more meaningful and reinforces the confidence placed in our service.”
Mowi operational director Gary Paterson said: “This extension reflects the confidence we have in Be Personnel’s expertise, their understanding of our operations, and the positive working relationship established over recent years. We appreciate their ongoing commitment and look forward to continuing our shared work and growing alongside our business over the coming years.”
