US firm launches oxygenation breakthrough
Tor-Eddie Fossbakk In a press release from the company, Mr. Brett Swailes, CEO, said "After months in fabrication and development, we have seen first light in initial tests of a super-oxygenation prototype unit. This device forms the bedrock of our provisional patent filings and is intended to produce the highest efficiency Dissolved Oxygen and ozone concentrations for water used in fish farming, biodefense, and even consumer applications. The product use liquid oxygen, or ambient air, ozone diffusion or filtration, thereby removing hormones or contaminants from the water. The oxygen, ozone or ambient air is released as 5 micron bubbles and eliminates or greatly reduce concentrations of anaerobic bacteria, hormones, and chemical compounds. This contributes to dramatic increases in biological metabolism of wastes and other compounds naturally in all water. In an overview the company states that hydrogen sulfide and hormones plus ultra-high dissolved oxygen or ozone (DO) plus available nutrients and aerobic bacteria results in high feed conversions and removal of hydrogen sulfide and/or hormones. There are no chemical or fertilizer costs.
