Producer backs charity campaign

The donation is set to coincide with the BIG Dinner, an event held on or around 7th March when people are invited to hold a dinner party and raise funds for the charity through dinner guest donations.

 

Well-known Scottish chef, Nick Nairn, who is the resident chef for the BIG Dinner, has in turn provided a recipe using Loch Duart salmon, as a possible starter suggestion for the event.
