Merger boosts shares

Christian Pérez According to the information provided by the Santiago Stock Exchange, the price per share in AquaChile experienced a 13.76 per cent increase yesterday, January 19th, from $ 373.6 (US$ ~0.60) to $ 425 (US$ ~0.68). With this result, the shares of the Chilean company accumulate a rise of 7.6 per cent this year. Meanwhile the Oslo Stock Exchange reported that the share price of Marine Harvest increased by 5.76 per cent to NOK 110.10 yesterday. Thus, the Norwegian company has recorded an increase of 11.72 per cent in the first 19 days of 2015.
