Marine Harvest Chile will harvest 2,000 tonnes by 2010

According to the Chilean newspaper El Mercurio, during 3Q 2009 Marine Harvest Chile harvested 7,689 tonnes experiencing a 59% downfall compared with the same period of last year.
Besides, the company expects that its 4Q production will decrease by 66% to 5,000 tonnes, totalizing 35,000 tonnes harvested this year and representing a 53% contraction compared with 2008.
Finally, Marine Harvest Chile reported operating revenues of USD 108 million in the third quarter of 2009 compared with USD 96 million in the same period of last year.
