Over the last two years there has been a struggel between Nireus and the administration in Marine Farms. Nireus took the inititive to an extraordinary general meeting and proposed a complete new Board of Directors, including a new chairman. But it seems that the proposal from the Nomination Committee will be accepted by the majority of the stock holders at todays general meeting.
