Stefan, who teaches at the University of Mainz, photographed and interviewed about a dozen members of Loch Duart’s staff, with the end result due to be published in 19 countries next year. 

Andy Bing, Loch Duart’s Sales Director, reflected: “It’s a fascinating project and we are honoured to be involved.”

Stefan was reportedly impressed both that “Loch Duart has a rich abundance of highly talented young staff” and also by the number of women with fulfilling careers in salmon farming.
