Time for purchasing Marine Harvest shares

Geveran Trading purchased Wedensday 20. February 10 million shares in Marine Harvest ASA at NOK 2,775 per share. Geveran Trading holds after this 1.055.000.000 shares in Marine Harvest ASA, 30.325% of the shares in the Marine Harvest ASA. In addition Geveran Trading controls 80 million shares in Marine Harvest ASA through TRS- contracts, reports the company.

Franklin Resources, Inc., on behalf of Franklin Mutual Advisors, LLC (`FMA`) acting in the capacity as discretionary investment manager to underlying funds and managed accounts has on 18 February 2008 disposed of 7,046,000 shares of Marine Harvest ASA. Following the disposal, FMA, acting in said capacity, has a total holding of 341,177,343 shares, which equals 9,81 percent of the issued shares and votes in Marine Harvest ASA.
