Successful private placement in Aker Seafoods

The subscription period for the rights offering ended 17 September 2009 and the preliminary subscription result shows that the rights offering was oversubscribed. It was subscribed for a total of 44,224,583 new shares. That gives the company increased working capital of more tha 221 million NOK.

Allocation of New Shares is expected on or about 23 September 2009, with payment for the allocated shares on or about 28 September 2009.
