Spend money on closed containment, ENGO says
The Coastal Alliance for Aquaculture Reform (CAAR) is urging local governments to pass resolutions in favour of senior governments establishing a CAD$ 10 million fund for conducting research into closed containment aquaculture. Towns, Cities and Regional Districts conducted elections for councillors and mayors last Saturday.
