Sølvtrans - Sale of vessel

The vessel will be handed over to the buyer in the beginning of May 2013. The sale of the vessel gives a loss of around NOK 2.9 million, but will increase Sølvtrans' cash position by about NOK 25 million after down payment of the debt related to the vessel.

Roy Kristian was built in 2001, has a capacity of 650 m3 and is currently operating in the spot market.
