Share price of listed companies maintain positive trend

The Salmon Index shows the share price behavior of the salmon producing companies listed in the Santiago Stock Exchange and reached a 3.31 percent increase in the past week up to 3,679.87 points.

AquaChile represents 60.49 percent of the salmon index. The company had a share price of CLP$ 362.00 (US$ 0.768) yesterday, January 24th, representing a 5.1 percent increase compared to the CLP$ 344.40 (US$ 0.731) it had on January 2nd.

Multiexport represents 28.56 percent in this index and with a share price of CLP$ 138.69 (US$ 0.294) yesterday, the company recorded a 15.7 percent increase compared to the CLP$ 119.90 (US$ 0.254) obtained by the beginning of this month.

Australis Seafoods represents a 5.75 percent of the Salmon Index. The company had a share price of CLP$ 74.00 (US$ 0.157) yesterday, January 24th, which shows a 19.3 percent increase compared to the CLP$ 62.00 (US$ 0.134) posted by this share on January 2nd, 2013.

Finally, Invermar (Invertec Pesquera del Mar de Chiloé) represents 5.21 percent of the index. The company had a share price of $ 94.50 (US$ 0.200) yesterday, representing a 35 percent increase compared to the $ 70.00 (US$ 0.149) achieved by each share of Invermar the first labor day of this year.
