SalmonChile asks for jail for responsible of arson attack

On May 4 last year, a fire destroyed the office of SalmonChile. After a series of procedures, the proceedings on seven suspects were dismissed because there was insufficient evidence to prove their guilt. The social worker Paulo Rojas was the only charged.

Last Monday, the prosecutor Mauricio Flores informed to the Guarantee Court judge and to the defense of Rojas that he closed the investigation. Now, the prosecution has a period of 10 days to present charges against the social worker or to decide if it is not going to proceed.

In turn, Odebret said that SalmonChile will wait to see what happens in order to discuss their next steps.
