Although the Selective Stock Price Index (IPSA) fell in the last week, both salmon producer companies lived their best week of the year, after news that after two years they achieved profits in the first quarter of 2010.

Multiexport reached its highest in two years (CLP$ 109 or USD 0.20) to close the week at CLP$ 104 (USD 0.19) per share and an accumulated increase of almost 7% last week only. Meanwhile, Invertec also reached its best price in two years ($ 219 or USD 0.41), to close at $ 212 (USD 0.40) and an advance of 4% in just two days.
