Sales agreement cancelled
Marine Harvest claims that they dont want to sell, while Lerøy and Salmar claims that they dont want to buy. Norskott is owned 50-50 by the Norwegian companies Lerøy and Salmar. In mid May they informed the market that they were buying Pan Fish Scotland for 800 million NOK. This price would give the seller Marine Harvest a profit of 195 million NOK.
Neighter of the parties would give any further comments on the cancellation.
