Record-breaking salmon prices
Figures from the fisheries and aquacultrue association shows that the average price on fresh Atlantic salmon was 41 NOK per kilo last week (week 21). An increase from 35,58 NOK/kg. Thats up almost 1 USD in one week.
So far this year the salmon export from Norway has increased by 8,9%.
