Price of Chilean Trim-D recovering in the USA

Besides, the price of this product has increased 7.1 percent compared to the price observed in the same week of the previous year (US$ 4.61). An opposite situation occurs with the head-on salmon in Brazil. According to the weekly report published by SalmonEx, this product has shown a 6.4 percent increase so far this year, from US$ 6.68 per Kg in the first week of 2014 to US$ 6.25 per Kg in the week 11/2014. In the Japanese market, the price of Coho Salmon did not change and marked 780 yen/Kg. Meanwhile, the price for trout went up and marked 940 yen/kg, 20 yen higher than the previous week.
