Peruvian group Alicorp purchases the feed producer Salmofood
According to information provided by Invertec to the Chilean Securities and Insurance Supervisor or SVS, Invertec holds 50 per cent of the Salmofood shares which represent a total of US$ 31 million.
Andrés Parodi, general manager of Invertec commented that now the closing of this operation is subject to negotiations and agreements on specific contracts proper of this kind of operations, as well as the closure of other contracts and agreements complementary to the transaction.
Parodi also said that if this operation materializes, this would imply an extraordinary consolidated financial income of approximately US$ 9.5 million for Invertec.
