Nireus acquires more in Marine Farms

Following this transaction, Nireus S.A. and related parties hold a total of 12,211,147 shares, amounting to 33.35% of the outstanding shares and votes of Marine Farms ASA`s capital stock, of which 11,057,147 shares and 30.20 % of the share capital are held directly by Nireus S.A. Marien Farms (MAFA) is listed at Oslo Stock Exchange, and Nireus is listed at the Athen Stock Exchange.
