The successful applicant will report to the freshwater lochs and logistics manager and be fully involved in the development of the site, which is expected to produce in excess of 1.5 million smolts in time.

The successful candidate, who must be strong team player, needs to possess several years’ fish farming experience and have a sound understanding of fish husbandry, biology and welfare. Leadership, combined with strong interpersonal, communication, organisational and planning skills as well as the ability to problem solve and motivate and achieve results through the success of others are some of the attributes required for this post.

Candidates must possess excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word. A current full driving licence is essential.
