Marine Harvest acquires shares in Aker Seafood

Marine Harvest ASA has through market purchases September 19th acquired 3 598 000 shares in Aker Seafood ASA at NOK 44 per shares. The shares will be financed through a forward agreement with expiration date March 26th 2008. Marine Harvest has after this a total holding of forwards and direct shares of 5 720 431 shares in Aker Seafood equal to 11.78 % of the outstanding shares .
