AquaFuture Spain ’22 will take place close to Santiago de Compostela, in Galicia, north west Spain, from March 24 to 26.

“The project was presented on March 26 in Santiago de Compostela,” organisers said in a press release. “After a few months’ working, we are very proud that a hundred companies from 17 different countries have already shown their interest in participating. Many of them have already reserved their stand in the reservation plan, and today we have 50% of the reserved area.”

Trade show and conferences

Aquafuture Spain will take place at the Feira Internacional de Galicia ABANCA, the largest exhibition park in northwest Spain with 400,000m² of open and closed space.

The event encompasses the ExpoFuture exhibition and trade show, and InnoAqua conferences, which aim to promote innovation and the transfer of knowledge between interest groups. Organisers promise a programme of technical conferences oriented to topics of great interest of the aquaculture sector, plus conferences with internationally recognised speakers.

The use of translators will allow the conferences to be delivered in both Spanish and English.
