Sutherland set to leave MH
Alan Sutherland will be replaced as MD of Marine Harvest Scotland by Ben Hadfield this week, after 19 years at Scotland’s largest salmon producing company.
The change is set to take place on January 13, and has been caused by the company’s "restructuring". Hadfield will not only take on the responsibility of the group’s feed and farming operations in Scotland but will also continue as COO for the group’s international Feed Division.
Marit Solberg, the group's Chief Operating Officer Farming, said: “ I and Marine Harvest are grateful to Alan for his long 19 years of service and very dedicated contribution to the building of the modern Marine Harvest Scotland.”
