Moen Marin Group has over the last years grown large in production of new service vessels to the aquaculture industry. The group is now expanding its range of services to the industry. The new company Moen Ship Management AS is now establishing a rental service vessels. - Having the options of renting a boat for shorter or longer periods, farming companies and service companies can achieve several advantages like greater flexibility and reduced capital employed. Our boats are built in Moen Marin Group system according to our high standards and comes with a service package that provides guarantees against outages, says CEO Are Brekk in Moen Shipmanagement AS. Chairman of the Board, Roald Dolmen explains further advantages with a rental system. - The area management system in farming creates a need for vessels to operate in a particular zone for a limited period. Then it may be beneficial to rent from us rather than buy. We can also assist with replacement vessels by breakdowns or other inconvenient outages. Whether it is acute or planned leases we will be a professional partner that provides security for the customer, says Dolmen. The 13.5 meter long catamaran STEIN OSKAR is the first vessel in the pool. This is also ship number 72 from Moen Marin AS, named after supervisor Stein Oskar Finnehaug, which in 2015 rounds 40 years of experience working for the ship yard.
