Witzøe still the major stock holder in Salmar

Rosøy AS, an investment company controlled by the CEO Yngve Myhre, was allocated 12,425 new shares in the private placement at a price of NOK 30 per share. After completion of the private placement Rosøy AS will hold 42,425 shares in SalMar. In addition Yngve Myhre holds options that give the right to acquire 220,000 shares in SalMar.

TTU Invest AS, an investment company controlled by the IR-director Trond Tuvstein, was allocated 12,425 new shares in the private placement at a price of NOK 30 per share. After completion of the private placement TTU Invest AS will hold 12,425 shares in SalMar. In addition Trond Tuvstein holds options that give the right to acquire 110,000 shares in SalMar.
