Windfall for feed investors

Based on the average weighted price of 8, 11 and 12 August 2014 of €29.7561, 1/99th share represents a value of €0.3006, which is approximately equal to the gross dividend in cash of €0.30 per ordinary share. Both the cash dividend and stock dividend will be made payable to shareholders on 18 August.
