Utilisation rate up for Sølvtrans fleet

The company had a total of 238 offhire days during the quarter, including 182 days related to Frøyfisk and Frøyhav as they were mobilizing for the operations in Chile. The two vessels will be in full-time income-generating employment from medio April; approximately one month earlier than the company notified in February.

The vessel Roy Kristian, which is the only vessel currently operating in the spot market, had 24 days offhire in January. After this, the boat has had full utilisation.

The remaining ten vessels, all on long-time contracts, had a utilization rate of 96% in the first quarter. The vessels had a total of 32 days offhire, all related to planned yard stays completed during the first quarter.
