Sølvtrans propos dividend

The Board of Sølvtrans Holding ASA has on 17 March 2014 approved the annual accounts for the year 2013 for the Group and the parent company. There are no material changes in the accounts compared to the preliminary accounts for 2013 announced on 14 February 2014, in connection with the announcement of the fourth quarter 2013 results.

In accordance with the announced message 14 February the Board has adopted to propose to the general meeting to pay dividends of NOK 0.60 per share, amounting to a total of NOK 10.3 million for the year 2013.

The annual general meeting of Sølvtrans will be held on 16 May 2014. Notice to and agenda of the meeting will be sent to shareholders no later than three weeks prior to the meeting and supporting documents will be available on the company's homepage, www.solvtrans.no at the same time. The company will publish its annual report for 2013 on 23 April 2014.
