Scotland's national food and drink conference

Entitled 'Tomorrow's Menu', this prestigious event takes place on 24 November 2010 at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.

Richard Lochhead, Cabinet Secretary for the Environment and Rural Affairs will provide the keynote address and a range of speakers will provide the audience with challenges and ambitions.

The event is intended to be interactive and participants will have opportunities to contribute views through the course of the day. The proceedings will be guided by Mark Stephen who is one of Scotland's most prolific and popular broadcasters.
