Resignation of Board Member

Ms Normann was elected to the Board in March 2008 and has supported the Company throughout extensive reorganization resulting in the turnaround of the Company. The Company is now positioned as a customer driven producer of premium quality Scottish salmon.

The Board of Directors wishes to express its appreciation to Berit Normann for her efforts and the positive results she helped achieve throughout her tenure.
