Preregistration open for AquaSur
The company organising the event, Editec SA, has initiated the preregistration process to speed up admission to visitors and exhibitors alike.
As the Head of Editorial Projects of Editec Group, Juan Pablo García, explains: the new system "will allow attendees to quickly check their admission at the entrance, using the barcode that must be taken printed and displayed on the stands for prequalifieds or entering the personal ID number in the auto-accreditation totems that will be displayed on the side of the Accreditation Area. In this place you will obtain a sticker with your data, which can be pasted into your credential with lanyard located next to the mentioned totems.”
Data Capture "Exhibiting companies can lease Readers Barcodes which automatically store the information of each client, thus increasing the chance of generating more contacts and building an updated database,” said the Chief of Projects of Editec.
AquaSur 2014 will be held at kilometer 1018 on Route 5 in Puerto Montt and, due to the increased numbers of exhibitors, a new 1,500 m² hall will be opened.
