New job position available in Intesal
By collaborating with experts within the fields of Environment, Fish Health, Production and Aquaculture Food Safety, he/she is expected to contribute with the analysis of data and scientific information, with the formulation and proposal of research projects, plus to act as the INTESAL point of contact in its relationship with different research institutes in Chile and abroad, strengthening the scientific network of the salmon aquaculture sector.
The candidate needs to demonstrate a university degree related to biology and must hold the doctorate degree. Furthermore he/she must show experience in biostatistics and data management in general, capability in working with state of the art statistic software and expertise in writing reports and scientific papers. Experience with public and private funding sources will also be considered. The candidate must be proactive, be able to work under pressure and should have a high analytical capacity. He/she is required to work as part of a team; however leadership skills will be recognized.
Spanish and English communication skills are essential.
