New CFO in Cermaq

He will report to the CEO and be a part of the Cermaq Central Management Team (CCMT). Steven will be located at the Group`s headquarters in Oslo and will commence in the position at the start of May 2008. Mr. Steven Rafferty is appointed Group Chief Financial Officer (`CFO`) of Cermaq. He will report to the CEO and be a part of the Cermaq Central Management Team (CCMT). Mr. Rafferty will be located at the Group`s headquarters in Oslo and will commence in the position at the start of May 2008. Steven Rafferty is 44 years old and was previously CFO of the aquaculture company Marine Harvest International based in The Netherlands. Prior to his appointment as CFO in Marine Harvest, he had carried out various international finance roles within the company over a 14 year period and has been located in Scotland, Chile, North America and The Netherlands. Steven Rafferty is a Certified Accountant and is a Master of Science in Chemistry. Steven replaces Peter Williams, who as was previously announced, resigned to take up a position as CFO in Devro plc, a UK listed company.
