More licenses to be allocated in Norway

Speaking at the aquaculture conference Aqua Nor in Norway, the Minister said the Norwegain government will allocate more fish farming licences in a bid to secure even production growth and predictability for the industry. The government will come back with further information on the criterias for allocation, but it is suggested that it will be small and medium-sized companies that will get the new allocations. However, the government will seemingly continue the current system with two types of licenses
