The company, whose HQ is just south of Haugesund, has 16 full time employees and had an annual turnover of NOK 25 million (£2.11 million).

The parties aim to complete customary due diligence investigations and negotiations of a final purchase agreement by mid-June and to complete the transaction, in cash, by the end of the month.

Techno Dive is a leading provider of safe and efficient subsea work, with worldwide experience through numerous projects. The company is considered to be a good fit with Akva Marine Services and is expected to strengthen its position in the farming services segment further.
