Nireus buying more in Marine Farms

On 14 May 2007, related parties of Nireus S.A. acquired 180,000 shares in Marine Farms ASA. Following this acquisition, Nireus S.A. and related parties hold a total of 12,210,147 shares, amounting to 33.344 % of the outstanding shares and votes of Marine Farms ASA`s capital stock, of which 10,942,147 shares and 29.88 % of the share capital are held directly by Nireus S.A.
