Austevoll pockets £81m
Austevoll Seafood raised NOK 976 million (£81 million) today, after selling 2,750,000 shares in Lerøy Seafood Group at a price of NOK 355 per share.
After the transaction, Austevoll owns 31,394,281 shares in Lerøy, corresponding to approximately 57.52 per cent of the share capital.
Austevoll has entered into a customary lock-up of the remaining of the shares for a period of 90 calendar days from closing of the transaction.
Austevoll is currently a primary insider in Lerøy and is represented on the Board of Directors of Lerøy by Helge Singelstad, the Chairman of the Board of Austevoll, who acts as the Chairman of the Board, Arne Møgster, the CEO of Austevoll, who acts as a Board member, and Britt Kathrine Drivenes, the CFO of Austevoll, who acts as a Board member.
